United StatesChair is just as pictured, and very comfortable. I enjoy the color and the different ways that I can sit in the chair. The only downside would be how many times I have to tighten the screws on the arms and back of the chair, other than that it is lovely and was easy to build.

United StatesGreat sturdy chair. This is the fourth chair I've purchase from Dowinx. I'm not a fan of the fabric wrinkling but it it's incredibly soft. Customer support is great. I've gotten an entire back replaced when my son put all of his weight on it and bent an internal welded bolt. Also, they replaced the lumbar support for me when it overheated because I combined the massage function with a heating pad. I know, dumb but it was nice while it worked lol. Anyway, I would definitely recommend.

South KoreaBasically I have to fight my mom to get my chair back at night haha my niece loves spinning in it. Overall great sturdy stable comfortable love the massager the space in the back is great for quick storage. Only thing I did have trouble putting it together i did watch a YouTube to figure out the wheels but other than that after I figured it out it was on an popping love the chair love the color
